Self Defense Workshop

TIffany Johnson, 4th degree black belt and A Snail’s Pace co-owner, will present real-life running scenarios and provide hands-on instruction on how to defend yourself without the use of keys, sprays or zappers.

During this 90 minute workshop, you will become comfortable with getting physical against a potential attacker and practice tactics, like palm, knee and elbow strikes, as well as how to defend yourself against wrist grabs, unwanted hugs and shoves.

Tiffany is a certified Barracuda Self Defense instructor who has been training in the Korean martial art of Tan Soo Do ( the same style as Chuck Norris!) for more than 12 years. All workshops start at 6:30pm. Please wear athletic attire.
