A Snails Pace Monrovia
A Snail’s Pace is located at the start of Old Towne Monrovia. Nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, A Snail’s Pace Monrovia is just footsteps from hundreds of miles of trails through the Angeles National Forest. With a number of running groups in the area, including the Glendora Ridge Runners, Foothill Flyers, Invictus and Arrogant Bastard running clubs, along with our own A Snail’s Pace Running Club, you’ll always have someone to run with every day of the week.

Tuesday Night Runs
Join us every Tuesday night at the shop, 6 pm, for our run fun. All paces, distances and abilities are welcome!
First Tuesday of the month:
Hug-A-Huggins: Both the 5 mile and 2 mile routes make a pit stop at Elite Race Team member Heather Huggins’ house, where her adorable two kids greet us with their own little aid station they built. Runners can indulge in fresh fruit and home baked goodies!
Second Tuesday of the month:
Kyle’s Krazy Loops. Practice your speed and drills in a workout prescribed by Monrovia fit specialist and APU athlete Kyle Bueckart
Third Tuesday of the month:
Trucker Tuesday: Wear a trucker had for fun, and run the 4.5 mile route that will look like a truck on your gps map of the run! This route takes us up a mild hill and on a portion of the nice Royal Oaks foot path.
Fourth Tuesday of the month:
Pub Run. Tag along with the pub runners on a 2 or 5 mile route through Monrovia, which is approximately 3 miles road and 2 miles trail, then toast the beverage of your choice with everyone afterwards!
