Join us for our Runner’s World acclaimed Free Ninja Runner Women’s Self Defense Workshop!
During this 90 minute workshop, you will become comfortable with getting physical against a potential attacker and practice tactics, like palm, knee and elbow strikes, as well as how to defend yourself against wrist grabs, unwanted hugs and shoves.
TIffany Johnson, 4th-degree black belt and A Snail’s Pace co-owner, will present real-life running scenarios and provide hands-on instruction on how to defend yourself without the use of keys, sprays or zappers.
Tiffany is a certified Barracuda Self Defense instructor who has been training in the Korean martial art of Tan Soo Do (the same style as Chuck Norris!) for more than 12 years. Workshop start at 6:30 pm.
