Our first two sessions will take place on Wednesdays due to the school’s schedule, and then we’ll move to our regular Monday workouts.
Whether you’re training for a long-distance race, sharpening up for shorter events, or simply looking to level up your running, Coach Aidan Arredondo is ready to help you get there.
